At Kedron Wavell Snooker Club, we offer a Platinum Membership option for those looking to elevate their billiards experience. Our private club in Club Chermside boasts outstanding snooker and nineball facilities, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, and is managed by a dedicated Board of Directors. Members enjoy 24/7 access to our secure, self-managed billiards room.

With a Platinum Membership, your monthly cost will be locked in at the time of joining and won’t be subject to future price increases as long as your membership stays active. Invoices for the membership fee, charged on a calendar month basis, will be issued around seven days prior to the end of the month and will be due on the 1st of the following month. Failure to pay by the 3rd of each month may result in your door access being deactivated. In the event of trouble making payment, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

We accept payment for memberships via emailed invoice, with the option of using either a credit card or bank transfer. Once you receive your first full invoice, you can also set up auto-pay for your convenience.

Join Brisbane’s top billiards club, Kedron Wavell Snooker, with a seamless membership process. Simply fill out and submit the application form with the required Photo ID and portrait photo. Review our Membership Terms and Conditions before submitting. Our dedicated Board will be in touch within 72 hours to finalize your membership.

Upon acceptance, you’ll receive an invoice for the pro-rata amount till the end of the current month. Pay via credit card or bank transfer and receive door access to the billiard room, as well as access to the Member’s Area and Table Booking System.

No, the billiard room is not staffed. Members have 24/7 access to the room via a secure door system and are expected to clean up after themselves to maintain the room’s tidiness.

Regular cleaning is done in accordance with COVID Safe guidelines.

Located within Club Chermside, members have access to a public bar and bistro.

Drinks can be purchased from the bar when it’s open and brought into the billiard room. Non-alcoholic drinks are permitted when the bar is closed.

No food consumption is allowed in the billiard room, but meals can be enjoyed at the bistro or in the car park.

Yes, members can bring up to two visitors to the club for table play. A fee of $20 per visitor will be charged for the entire day, which will be invoiced to the member. Members must notify the Board of their visitors’ attendance in advance by sending an SMS to the club’s designated number or by email.

Visitors must play on the same table as the member and leave the venue together with the member. Our club uses facial recognition cameras to ensure compliance with this policy, and failure to notify the Board about visitors may result in membership termination.

For members with children under 18, a one-time permission is required, and no additional fee will be charged for their play.

Platinum Membership is limited to 100 members + Life Members to maintain an optimal playing experience.

When membership is at capacity, applications are still accepted and added to a waiting list. Memberships become available as current members leave the club.
